How to brew San Nen Bancha:

Bobby’s recommended brewing:

Place 1.5 teaspoons per cup in a thermos and add boiling water. Cover/seal and steep for 2-3 hours or longer to taste. Can be diluted with more hot water after steeping for several hours.

 

Traditional brewing:
Add 2 tablespoons of tea per liter of water and simmer in a pot over low heat for a minimum of 30-60 minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor. Can be diluted over time to increase the amount and adjust the flavor to your taste.
